Hi, I’m Dr. Judy.

I started JH Well Health to offer thoughtful, personalized weight-management care. My experience with GLP-1 treatment is both professional and personal.

I understand the importance of education, careful medication management, and having someone available to guide you. My goal is to support weight loss while helping you maintain strength, protect muscle, and build habits that support your health over time.

A broad foundation in medicine

Three years in Internal Medicine practice, 20 years as a hospitalist, and five years as a Medical Director at Molina Healthcare, with additional experience in hospice, urgent care, emergency care, and long-term care.
